HILARIOUS: Children explains to Hillary Clinton why women are not meant to be President: Watch Video

Kimmel Kids: Out of Focus Group, a recurring Jimmy Kimmel Live! segment, asks young children to ponder some of life's larger political and social questions, mainly because it's hilarious but also because the children are our future et al.

In the latest installment, Kimmel asked a group of four children — two boys, two girls — to share their thoughts on the possibility of a female president. Kimmel said, "Old biases are hard to shake. Our best hope for equality is our next generation."

One of the boys, Jayden, was quick to reply, "They're too girlie. They'll make, like, girl rules." His sentiments set the tone for the ensuing conversation. Andrew expressed similar concerns, saying, "They'll decorate the White House and make it all girlie. They might even paint it pink."

The two girls, Belle and Sydney, initially agree with Andrew and Jayden, but they disagree with them shortly thereafter. At one point, Sydney expressed how a female president might be preferable. She said, "I think if there is a war, then she would probably make it stop so people could be more healthy and they won't die." While the segment is funny and lighthearted, it also sheds some light on longstanding assumptions about gender. Sydney's comment, for example, though very sweet, mirrors the belief that women lack the sort of callousness (allegedly) required to be president — especially a wartime one.

The segment is elevated once Hillary Clinton herself comes out. Most of the children immediately recognize her, and they engage in what can only be described as a truly surreal conversation with the candidate. The children list their proposed legal motions to Clinton, some of which include free food at restaurants, free items in stores, and no school, ever.

At the end, Kimmel again asks the children if a woman could be president, and their opinions more or less remain the same: Andrew and Jayden sheepishly shake their heads, while Belle and Sydney say yes. Clinton replied, "Well, we haven't had a woman to be president yet. So we need to have a woman to be president, and then you would have more evidence to base your decision on." *Drops mic*
